Chloe wasn’t expected to live beyond three weeks and now she’s six and confounding them all she has a diagnosis of swan syndrome without a name as she doesn’t match anything genetically.

Chloe also has autism low muscle tone bi lateral flat feet and has had surgery for her bowel and now has a mickey button fitted direct into her bowel.
