I volunteer my time by helping out at local events and fundraising by competing on the LFAK boxing events. I also use my social media accounts to promote awareness about the services LFAK offer, upcoming events, and the great stories about beneficiaries of the services LFAK has provided.
I do it because I’ve experienced 1st hand the hope that LFAK gives families around the local area. I fell in love with the charity and it’s volunteers when using the sensory room at LFAK for my daughter, who is on the Autistic Spectrum and has Sensory Processing Disorder.
As a parent of a child with ASD, SPD, and learning difficulties my experience is strictly as a parent with a disabled child. My ambition is to gain some health and care qualifications relating to autism and learning difficulties, to offer my help and experience.
Hobbies include playing and watching as much football and boxing as possible, gaming, cinema, and activities with the family.
