Life For A Kid are aiming to keep the sensory rooms free of charge for S.E.N childeren and are looking for your support. The registered charity offers you the chance to support the centre by sponsoring a brick from £2 a month. Your name will be etched onto t plate that will be placed on the wall at our sensory centre. Life For A Kid are asking supporters to pledge just £2 per month by standing order.

HARRY'S STORY

"Life For A Kid proive sensory rooms which we like to access for our son Harry. They are clean, safe and secure and provide areas which cater for his specific needs. The staff are welcoming and always ready with a bottle of water, which harry uses to help him transition to this area. Harry has severe epilepsy, autism and learning difficulties, this is a resource that Hull benefits from imensely and provides us with an area we can take a growing boy who needs adapted surroundings. We hope that this project will reach out to approximately thirty children aged under 16 with special needs in the Hull area. Below is a list of benefits which the children will have from using our sensory rooms. This project will be sustained through both sponsorship and funding in the future from local businesses. We will run different charity events that will specifically be aimed towards funding for the Sensory Department, which may allow us to either buy more equipment or expand the department.
